Sue Green

Business Development Co-ordinator

Sue joined our team in 2005, as our Business Development Co-Ordinator.  She received her Honours diploma from Humber College for Computer Systems & Business Analysis.  Sue continued her education at Conestoga College for Human Resources, Communication, and Microsoft Administration. Sue worked in the banking sector for six years with Scotiabank in Brantford, and Canada Trust in Toronto, followed by 20 years in Office Management as Assistant Controller and Systems & Inventory Manager for a private plastic manufacturing company in Orangeville.  Business and organization have always been a passion for Sue as her interest in the area started at an early age when she was awarded Achiever of the Year from Junior Achievement in Brantford.

Sue is married to John, and they have two children, Evan and Lauren. In 2020, Sue and John a moved to Port Rowan on the sandy shores of Lake Erie.  This move was a step towards their retirement plan to live closer to Long Point and help support the work being done in the UNESCO Biosphere.

Sue’s role has been managing our daily practice and administrative staff. Which entailed overseeing client servicing, organizing marketing and client appreciation events, developing administrative procedures and staff development.  Sue now works from her home office and continues to provide a supportive role for our team.  She focuses on client servicing, special projects, and administrative support.  When not in her office she is a Director with the Long Point Lioness Lions Club and a volunteer at the Port Rowan Farmers Market.  Working with our clients and watching the families grow as they follow their dreams has always been one of the most rewarding aspects of her position with our team.
